Aguascalientes, Mexico. Governor Tere Jim\u00e9nez held a working meeting with executives from PROMA, an Italian company specializing in automotive components, as they explore opportunities to invest in the state.<\/p>\n
“In Aguascalientes, we work every day to create the best conditions for our state to remain the best place to live and invest; we rank first in quality and productivity,” stated Governor Jim\u00e9nez.<\/p>\n
Governor Jim\u00e9nez emphasized that security, infrastructure, a highly skilled workforce, a peaceful labor environment, and excellent road and air connectivity are just some of the competitive advantages Aguascalientes offers to local, national, and international investors.<\/p>\n
Andrea Massimo Fusco, Vice President of PROMA Mexico, thanked the governor for her hospitality and highlighted the company\u2019s interest in expanding its operations in Mexico.<\/p>\n
He explained that PROMA specializes in the development and manufacturing of seat structures and mechanisms, bodywork assemblies, and suspension cross-members. Currently, the company operates 27 plants across 10 countries.<\/p>\n
The meeting took place at the Government Palace and was attended by Esa\u00fa Garza de Vega, Secretary of Economic Development, Science, and Technology (Sedecyt); Carlos Guti\u00e9rrez Verdeja, PROMA Plant Manager; Jorge Armando Andrade Seraf\u00edn, Undersecretary of Investment and Development of Sedecyt; and Guillermo Reed Frausto, Director of Investment Attraction of Sedecyt.<\/p>\n
